Does anyone know of an ironmongers based in either Mardol or Hills Street in the late 19c? It was run by my great-grandfather - John Swain - until his death in 1897. It was then run by his wife, Florence Swain until the early 1900s. Any information gratefully received!

John Swain was at 53 Mardol and Smithfield Road.
