As the new council tax year is nearly upon us and councils look to squeeze more money out of us, for what?

I would rather ask the decision makers to look at manpower rather than increase their budget. There is obviously an imbalanced divide in the county.Certainly in the north, neglected pot hole ridden roads never gritted causing them to crack and ware when snow and ice covered. Disrupted bin services, no bus services. I would prefer if we were given the option of paying services available to us. I cannot understand for example why I contribute to the education budget and also to local policing when quite frankly the only time you see the Police is when they have been called out in the area.

Telford and Wrekin are doing quite well. Under the new management, that is! :lol:

Apparently some of the staff were really upset. They have to work, now! :rolleyes: :D
