I believe this is on the pathway that leads down from The Dana/Victoria Street to the Severn towpath below. It is an old boundary marker for town/borough wards. Today it still is the on the boundary of town/unitary wards: Castlefields & Ditherington and Quarry & Coton Hill.

Castlefields is correct but it is on a more prominent road than that.

Hmm! I have passed it many times, but now can't be sure where it is... Becall's Lane?

Yes, well done!

Walking up from the Plough, it is about half way up on the right-hand side.

Yup, I know where now. It's no longer dead on the ward boundary of today, but it's not far off (the ward boundary now runs along Becall's Lane, then along New Park Road to the canal bridge and then northwards along the old canal route).

imovie converter, dealing with your problems in importing movies to imovie

iMovie is the video editing software released by Apple in 1999as a Mac OS8 application. It has several versions, which are followed by mac users. iMovie makes it mech easier for mac users to edit home videos and finish up with really cool self-made films. And it is also rather convenient to share their finished films directly to the web to share with friends. In short, iMovie is a excellent help hand for mac users to handle their home videos.

However, there are people who own Mac but can not enjoy the iMovie. They find that they can't import camera videos into it! As a matter of fact, like some other Mac applications, iMovie only supports a limited number of video formats.

What does iMovie support?
iMovie '09 works with more Mini DV tape-based camcorders and tapeless camcorders. Most of high definition camera/camcorder videos (ACVHD/MTS/M2TS, MOD/MPG/MPEG/MOI, TOD/M2T, TR, TRP, TS) can be import into iMovie, but the formats are still very limited as follows: Tapeless Camcorder (MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and AVCHD); Tape based DV-Standard and HDV(High Definition Video); Part Camera/Mobile Phone Video/ other video recorder devices (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, 3GP, MP4); Part of Quicktime compatible MOV video; MPEG-4 video.

What if the home videos' formts are not includes in the list?
To solve this problem, you just need a video to imovie converter. You can change almost all the camera videos into the iMovie video formats with this video to imovie converter. And it is very easy to use. To complete the converting process with this imovie converter, you may just need a few minutes. Just down load the imovie converter mac and install, which process is free. Import your videos intoimovie converter, click "iMovie" as the output format, and "start." If you wish, you can also do some editing on the imovie converter. As a matter of fact, the editing function on this video to imovie converter is rather comprehensive. It can almost satisfy all the ordinary needs.

Besides imovie, imovie converter mac is also capable of ripping videos into other formats for Apple Devices, Apple Software, Game Console, Portable Video Players, HD Movie, Mobile Phone, etc.
